This policy covers the White noise app for Android (app.wolky.white), made by Wolky.
The short version
The app collects nothing. It has no internet access, so nothing you do in it can leave your phone.
What the app stores
Your settings (the chosen sound, volume, timer and fade options) are saved on your device so they are still there the next time you open the app. If you have Android's backup turned on, Android may include these settings in your own device backup. Removing the app deletes them from the device.
What the app does not do
- It does not collect, send or share personal data.
- It has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
- It does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts or files.
Permissions
The app asks Android for permission to keep playing sound while the screen is off. It requests no other permissions.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children.
This website
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, may record technical details such as IP addresses in its server logs.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
