These terms cover the White noise app for Android (app.wolky.white), made by Wolky. By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

The app is free. You may install and use it on your own devices for personal use. There is nothing to buy in it and no account to create.

Listening safely

You choose the volume and how long the sound plays. Sound that is too loud, or played for too long, can harm hearing. Keep it at a comfortable level.

Not medical advice

The app plays sound. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have concerns about sleep, hearing or health, talk to a medical professional.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may stop working, be changed or be withdrawn at any time. Your phone's system, for example its battery saver, can stop playback, so do not rely on the app where an interruption would matter.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Wolky is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app, or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Ownership

The app, its sounds, its name and its artwork belong to Wolky. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the app.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
